Why community comes first
For decades, Priory Lane has been where Eastbourne comes together. Children take their first kicks on the pitch beside it, teenagers find their sport, parents meet over coffee, and generations catch up every Tuesday at bingo.
We believe a town is only as strong as the places where its people meet. That's why everything we do here is aimed at bringing the town closer — affordable sport, welcoming social spaces, early-years care, and events where everyone from eight to eighty belongs.
Every pound spent at the village goes back into the town: into grassroots teams, into subsidies for those who need them, and into keeping this place open, warm and thriving for the next generation of Eastbournians.
